Founder
A native of Northwest Arkansas, Dr. McCord earned his DDS from the University of Oklahoma, receiving the Edward L. Wilson Award. He founded Mint for More, delivering $3.5M+ in free dental care since 2018.
General Dentistry
Dr. LeBoeuf earned her Doctorate from Creighton University and has been part of the Mint team since 2020. A native of NWA, her passion for dentistry was sparked by her own patient experience.

Dr. Thao joined Mint in 2022 from Minneapolis. He earned his Doctorate from the University of Minnesota in 2014 and is dedicated to helping patients who might otherwise go without necessary care.
Children’s Dentistry
Dr. Matousek-Ronck earned her DDS from the University of Oklahoma, where she served as class president. She has a passion for children’s dentistry and helping our youngest patients love the dentist.
In 2018, our team started setting aside time each week to treat neighbors who were in pain and had nowhere to go. No application, no income requirement. Just care. That effort became Mint for More, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
Every Thursday, the same doctors and team who see you during the week dedicate the day to Mint for More patients, providing emergency extractions, full dentures, and everything in between, completely free.

Dr. Matousek-Ronck and our team have created a kids’ dentistry experience designed around comfort, trust, and fun. Bourbon and Weller, our certified therapy Bernedoodles, greet every child at the door—gentle techniques keep things calm, and our team knows how to turn nervous first visits into high-fives on the way out.

Yes. Our children’s dentistry is led by Dr. Jennifer Matousek-Ronck. The American Dental Association recommends a first visit by age one or within six months of the first tooth. Our therapy dogs, Bourbon and Weller, help make first visits calm and fun.
We’re in-network with many plans, including ARKids, Delta Dental PPO & Premier, Guardian, Cigna DPPO, Assurant, United Concordia, Careington, United Healthcare, MetLife, Lincoln Financial, GEHA, and SunLife Financial, and more. We also offer an in-office Saver’s Plan for patients without insurance, plus financing through CareCredit and Cherry.
